They are seeking a professional Call Centre Operator to join their team in Kingsgrove, NSW. This role is essential for coordinating maintenance services for social housing initiatives, serving as the critical communication link between contacts and maintenance service providers.
Location: Kingsgrove, NSW (Street parking is available.)
Work Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week. Shifts are rostered between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday - Sunday.
Training: The initial 4 weeks of employment require mandatory in-office attendance (Kingsgrove) from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday for training purposes.
Work Arrangement: Following training, Monday-Friday shifts are in the office. Weekend shifts are performed remotely from home.
